This is a two day meeting (2,5 hours / day)

We will revisit and review updates of some parts of the document again:

• Section 1 (minor additions agreed during VTC3)
• Section 2 and Appendix 1 (text on navigation signal shadowing, space weather threats to satellites etc.)
• Section 3 (minor changes agreed during VTC3 + Table 1 comments)

Main goal is to review updates on Section 4 and identify any remaining work towards VTC 5
