This is done suing a so-called PROXY, which is a piece of software designed to connect to IALA-NET in a secure end pervasive manner.<br /> <br /> In order to be able to receive data from IALA-NET you need the SUBSCRIBER PROXY.<br /> <br /> In order to send AIS data to IALA-NET you need the PROVIDER PROXY.<br /> <br /> Here is what you do:<br /> <br /> 1. Download the proxy’s from ftp.ais.dk/pub/proxy<br /> <br /> 2. Install the proxy’s on a computer that can connect to you AIS system, for AIS data, and have access to the internet<br /> <br /> 3. Copy the attached files to the directory you installed the provider/subscriber proxy in (there are a zip file for each, attached)<br /> <br /> 4.
