Maritime Radio Communications Plan (MRCP) is a comprehensive framework designed to facilitate efficient and coordinated use of radio communication systems in the maritime domain from the perspective of IALA.
The MRCP aims to ensure seamless communication between various stakeholders, such as ships, coastal stations, and port authorities, by standardizing radio frequencies, operational procedures, and equipment.
