This virtual intersessional meeting scheduled for 25/26 August intends to prepare the new WG4 tentatively labelled IMT + Architecture WG of the DTEC Committee. Specifically, the intersessional meeting intends to prepare draft Terms Of Reference (ToR) for that WG to be submitted to IALA Secretariat for DTEC7 Committee input by 01 September 2026. DTEC6 report section 10.7 refers to this topic, thus constituting the IMT part in the proposed name of the new WG4. Regarding the second part of the proposed name (“Architecture”) this refers to active architecture related tasks presently allocated to WG2 of DTEC Committee to be taken up by the proposed new WG4, such as the description of the Services-Data-Connectivity (SDC) stack and the revision of the CSSA architecture. The intersessional virtual meeting will start on 25 August and continue 26 August, if needed.
