Baroda Polyform Private Limited is a 30-plus-year-old company that manufactures custom-built rotationally molded products.

We as a company specialize in Rotational molding for our clients, as per their designs briefs. In case the customer has a concept in mind – we can assist from the design stage onwards. Apart from custom molding we also manufacture our own range of products

Our Range of products includes Kayaks, Boats, Superior Modular Docks, Pipe Floats, Ship to shore floating applications, Furniture, Planters, and B2B application products like Silos, Trolleys, Horizontal tanks……..

Our Factory:-
Baroda Polyform factory is spread over 1,50,000 sq. feet. We have our own molding facility with the state of the art equipment for quality checking, packing, and logistics.

Our design team has in-house licenses for 3D CAD/ 3D Printing /FEA Analysis facilities.

Since the end of 2021, our entire power consumption has become green consumption, thus reducing our carbon footprint. We have a 575KW solar plant installed on our factory roof.

• During the molding process, we have the facility to “mold-in” our graphics. These graphics are manufactured in Australia and then imported for our use.

• If a rotomoulded product requires “inserts” to be added to the product – we are able to incorporate that in the process.

• Reinhardt Teknik machines installed in our factory are equipped with additional equipment from the UK to monitor the Peak Internal Air Temperature (PIAT) during the molding process.
